Nevaeh Academy – Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Nevaeh Academy products. If you change your mind about an online purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Returns

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, with their original packaging and seals intact.

For health and hygiene reasons, products supplied sealed for hygiene or health-protection purposes cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, where the legal hygiene exception applies.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

Return Postage

Where you are returning an eligible item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. If an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, we will deal with reasonable return costs as appropriate.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and checked, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Where required by law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Additional amounts paid for an upgraded delivery service are not necessarily refundable.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, the applicable return and cancellation rights above will apply.
